How do I pay?

When completing your booking, you can pay for the booking online with a credit card through an encrypted and secure payment site. If you don't have the possibility to pay with credit card you can call +46 (0)480 41 77 00 or + 46 (0)485 56 06 00 where You can receive help to book accommodation, activities, attractions and events and pay later.

When do I have to pay?

When making an online booking you have to pay with credit card as soon as possible.

Can I trust my credit card and personal information is kept secure?

Yes, all personal information is written onto an encrypted page (SSL 128 bits), which keeps your personal and credit card information safe and secure. Your e-mail address will only be used in communications with you about your booking and the destination.

Can I terminate my booking?

Yes, you can cancel once you have begun booking by clicking "Cancel booking" in the shopping basket or on the payment page.

When have I confirmed the booking?

Your booking is complete when you have filled in all the details on the page for “Customer details and payment” and clicked on “Confirm booking” at the bottom right. When the booking is complete, your “Booking confirmation” will be shown, and at any time you can log in and look at your current and earlier bookings. Click on “Log in” and use the username and password you have received with your confirmation e-mail.
